Before I was introduced to Dave having to get a loan to purchase a pice of real estate property was next to impossible. The banking system wanted my life story and throw in an arm and leg while I’m at it in order to provide me with funding… But then I met Dave Lin. Dave made the process of loaning the funds a very simple and easy thing to do! I was surprised with the things he needed from me compared to the bank in order for him to make his decision if he would be able to provide his services for the funding I was in need of. Within the first year Dave provided funds to flip 2 properties, his services in my eyes were nothing short of a miracle. Getting my foot in the door of real estate was a goal of mine for a few years and Dave made that happen which I’m forever grateful for. Today it’s been 2 years since being introduced to Dave and we continue our relationship of working together. I don’t plan on taking my business elsewhere. Dave made things happen fast and easy, I will always go to Dave with my ideas when it comes to real estate and finding ways to fund the process. His knowledge, consistency, and experience with real estate and funding trumps anyone I know. Dave was able to make goals and dreams of mine become a reality to which I will always remain grateful for.
